Do you require a deposit for booking an appointment at the spa?
For our guests, we require a credit card or gift certificate number for booking an appointment, and a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Those who fail to honor this policy will be charged 50% of the cost of all treatments booked.
What should I do if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
To cancel or reschedule a reservation, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to service.
I have an appointment for a waxing service. What should I do prior to arrival?
Please allow at least ¼ inch of hair growth prior to your reservation. Also, on the day of your waxing avoid using any moisturizer.
**Please note that if you are using Retin-A, Differin, Renova, Accutane,
blood thinning drugs, certain antibiotics, or alpha hydroxy products,
please check with your doctor, as you may not be fit for waxing
services while on such medications. In addition, guests with conditions
such as diabetes, pregnancy, skin disorders and auto- immune
disorders should check with their doctors prior to their visit.**
Are gift certificates available?
Yes, gift certificates are available in any amount, and may be used for any combination of Salon and Day Spa services.
I have a gift certificate for $100, but I only used $80 in services. Can I get a cash refund for the $20 balance?
No, state laws prohibit cash refunds on gift certificates. However, our gift certificates do not expire so you can always use the balance on your next visit to the spa.
Can I bring my children with me?
For safety reasons, and to maintain an environment of relaxation and tranquility, it is not advisable to bring children to the Day Spa. Children may, however, visit the salon if accompanied by an adult.
What should I do with my valuables during my visit?
Please keep all valuables with you during your visit. We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage to personal articles or accessories.
Do you accept Credit Cards?
Yes. At the spa we accept all major credit cards.
Do you accept personal checks?
We gladly accept personal checks with the proper identification. However, a $30 fee will be charged if the check is returned for any reason.
Can I make arrangements for a series of recurring, or standing appointments?
Certainly, just tell us what time works best for you! We are at your service to find the best time in your schedule for booking your regular appointments, whether it be weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
What is your policy regarding the use of Cell Phones?
Our Day Spa is a sanctuary for health and relaxation. Therefore, we kindly ask guests to turn off or silence their cell phones during their visit to the Spa.
